This payment week that starts today: Until next Friday the July pensionsas those out of work will see their money in their bank accounts and be able to make ATM withdrawals. In addition to pensions, at the beginning of next week, at the end of June, the OPEKA allowances, but also the extraordinary allowance of 150 euros for each child in almost 1 million households.

In particular, those who have minor or protected children will receive the emergency aid, as long as they meet the income limits that determine the scope of the “lucky ones”. The aid will be automatically credited to the accounts of the beneficiaries until the end of the month, i.e. until next Tuesday, June 30, without a previous application.

When do pensions go into bank accounts?

However, starting with the pension payments, especially those in the month of July, the payment will be made as follows:

  • Next Thursday, June 25, the main pensions will be paid from the former Non-Employed OAEE, OGA and ETAA funds, the main pensions awarded from the establishment of the EFKA and after, with Law 4387/2016, through the OPS-EFKA (retired Employees & Non-Employed from 1.1.2017 onwards) and all the supplementary pensions of the private sector (Non-Employed and Employed). This practically means that the money will be available – by ATM withdrawal with a debit card – one working day before the aforementioned date in the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. And specifically on Wednesday the 24th of the month.
  • On Monday, June 29, the main pensions of the former Employee Funds will be paid [ΙΚΑ-ΕΤΑΜ, τραπεζών, ΟΤΕ, ΔΕΗ, ΛΟΙΠΩΝ ΕΝΤΑΣΣΟΜΕΝΩΝ (ΤΣΕΑΠΓΣΟ, ΤΣΠ-ΗΣΑΠ), ΝΑΤ, ΕΤΑΤ και ΕΤΑΠ-ΜΜΕ] as well as the main and auxiliary pensions of the State. And in this case, of course, the money will be available one working day before in the bank accounts and since it is a weekend, this means that the pensions will be in the accounts from next Friday, June 26.

When will regular and … extraordinary benefits be paid?

OPECA will pay the pensions of Uninsured Seniors on Tuesday, June 30.

On the same date, all the other benefits of the Organization will be paid, i.e. the welfare-disability benefits, the maternity benefit, the rent benefit, but also the Minimum Guaranteed Income and others. Naturally available in the accounts will be a day earlier.
